For Beloved One Melasleep Whitening Blemish Balm cream

I have always wanted to try this For Beloved One Melasleep Whitening Blemish Balm Cream for the long time but when I finally brought a tube as Christmas present for myself from Sephora, I misplaced it even before Christmas arrived and so I never get a chance to try it until now.

 Thanks to For Beloved One, I got a tube flew from Taiwan!

 As you can see, the box packaging is different from what I had brought previously. This one is in 30ml and the one available in Singapore is 50ml.

Formulated with world’s leading pharmaceutical patent Lumiskin ™, ascorbyl glucoside, job’s tears extract and rose hips oil, this For Beloved One Melasleep Whitening Blemish Balm Cream not only has the effects of whitening, repair and conceal flaws, it also contains an intelligent tracking color factor that can automatically track and create a soft and natural light perception to give skin a translucent, nude look appearance. 

Other ingredients of the BB cream include Allantoni, Bisabolol and Chamomile extracts. Allantoni, being a natural skin healing agent, could help to stimulate cell regeneration, ease skin allergies and increase skin moisture to soothe and give the skin a smoother appearance. I noticed that there is a lack of sun protection factor but then again, with its multiple efficiency of Brightening, Repairing and Coverage all in one, this BB cream is absolutely more than what I could bargain for.

I am extremely glad that it does not oxidize after some time and gives me a grayish undertone that some BB cream would.

The thin consistency fluid glides on easily and spreads on evenly so a little goes a long way.  I find the light scent very pleasurable and I especially appreciate how it could pacify poached skin and allow my face to stay fresh throughout the day without touch up.

Touch In Sol My star in the sky BB Cream

With more cosmetic brands are now milking on the latest craze of CC cream, you may be laughing on why I am still writing about BB cream. But hey, before you snort at me, I gotta tell you why this Touch In Sol My star in the sky BB Cream is still one worthy investment.

Being a typical BB cream formula, this cream is still a multi-taker that offers a quick solution that can act as a makeup base, a highlighter or on its own for a nude makeup effect that provides coverage, whitening, anti-aging and sun protection. However, quite unlike its many ancestors that tends to oxidize and has a greyish undertone that will make looks me deadly after a while, what this Touch In Sol My star in the sky BB Cream gives me is a very sheer sheen of glow.  It contains micro hologram pearl that gives this shimmering effect that could somehow conceals the dullness of my complexion and brighten up my skin tone. 

It is remarkably water-resistant too. I have done a patch test on my hand and did not bother to clean it but the cream has remained glittering on my hand a few hours later despite that I have touched water for a couple of times within that period. Like wise, my face makeup has remained intact though I was already sweating buckets after an intense gym workout. With stuff so persistent, I am surprised by how easy it is to remove. I have tried using both cleansing milk and cleansing oil and all it takes was a gentle wipe. It does not leave any residue and my face feel clean after washing. For non-rinse cleanser, it is better to repeat the wiping process at least twice to ensure that your face is thoroughly cleansed though.

Containing active ingredients such as Camomile Extract ,Lavender Extract, Green Tea Extract, PORTULACA OLERACEA (GREEN PURSLANE) Extract, Hydromanil-75560, and Repair Complex CLR, this BB cream is very soothing and I must say that it is impressively moisturizing and I like how it gives me a dewy effect that lasts for long hours.

Its SPF36++ sun protection capability is a bonus too. Because I am lazy bone who would rather stay in between my sheets than to stand an extra minute in front of the dressing table dolling up.

Retailing at SGD$22.90 for a tube of 30ml, the price of Touch In Sol My star in the sky BB Cream is comparable to many Korean BB creams and I would definitely recommend it for a quick and easy fix and those who likes a soft, light-reflecting radiant glow. 

 

 

Khiel’s Actively Correcting & Beautifying BB Cream

When the majority of the cosmetic companies are now spinning on CC cream, here I am doing a post on CC cream seems a bit out but I have recently sampled a sachet of Khiel’s Actively Correcting & Beautifying BB Cream and liked it enough to get my own tube.

 I have always found Korean and Japanese brand’s BB cream works better on our Asian skin but this western brand BB cream has surprised me.

Available in 3 shades, Fair, Light and Natural, it is Infused with Vitamin C that said to correct skin tone irregularities. It is also fragrance free, paraben free, mineral oil free, dermatologist and allergy tested for use on sensitive skin and best of all, it comes with SPF 50. 

While the high sun protection allows me to skip the step of applying sunblock, its consistency, somehow reminds me of their Super Fluid UV Defense SPF 50+ sunscreen except that the latter is white in color. Nonetheless, this creamy fluid blends on easily and a little goes a long way.    

I am impressed by how the cream could conceal my flaws and brightens up my dull skin instantly. It provides a medium coverage that hides light pigmentations and spots and I like how it gives my skin a dewy and radiant glow that lasts throughout the day without oxidizing into a deadly grayish undertone.
