- I am hooked on BB cream ever since my first encounter in Korea many years ago. Unlike liquid foundations that are often thick and cakey, the BB cream could mask out imperfections while offering a sheer coverage to create a natural flawless look that I like.
My stash of BB Cream
While it was popular in Korea, Japan and later, in Taiwan, the trend did not hit Singapore yet so I have to rely on the great world wide web (www) to get my beauty doses. To leverage on the expensive shipping cost, I would buy in bulk and keep stock. And over the years, I’ve tried many brands and accumulated quite a stash of BB creams.
Anyway, BB cream back then wasn’t an all-in-one miracle cream with multiple effects, it was initially prescribed by dermatologists to patients who had undgergo laser skin treatments to soothe redness and re-generate skin. But there was good enough for me to thrash out all my foundations and I have not looked back since.
