Skin Watchers Papaya Moisture Peeling Gel & Enzyme Powder Wash

28 May

The Skin Watchers Papaya Moisture Peeling Gel has arrived just in time when my face was persistently breaking out. The inflamed pimples on face were swelling with redness, raw and some were even itchy.

I have had my fair share of bad encounters with acne skincare that contained very strong properties that are too harsh for my sensitive skin so I am quite quite reluctant to use anti-acne care. Furthermore, such products that treat blemishes often tend to over control serum secretion and dry out the skin in the process. As my maturing skin is already on the dry side, moisture loss is the last thing that I can afford.

Like all the great products from Beauty Skin Pte Ltd, I am glad to find that the Skin Watchers Papaya Moisture Peeling Gel is Paraben free, Alcohol free, Oil free and Colorants free and that translates to Irritants free for the skin.  Apart from Papaya Extracts, a natural ingredient that exfoliates and whitens, it also contains other natural ingredients such as Ma Chi Xian extract, a Chinese herb that nourishes and it is loaded with Omega-3, beta carotene, fiber, antioxidants, vitamin C and other minerals. There is also Arginine to aid the healing process and helps to protect the skin as well as Hiaruron Acid to boost moisture and absorption of oxygen.

To optimize the result, I have also switched to using the Skin Watchers Enzyme Powder Wash to wash my face twice a day on top of using the peeling gel every three other days to exfoliate and remove dead skin cells. This unique powder to paste formula works wonderfully to remove eliminates bacteria and regenerates skin cells. It contains Garman Chamomile, Chitosan and Citrus Grandis to brighten and balance uneven skin pigmentations and also Betaine, a natural phyto hydrating agent that could penetrates into the skin to keep it calm, soft, supple and hydrated. This papaya based enzyme powder will activate and release Papain to smooth the skin accelerate the cell renewal process upon contact with water and it is Paraben free, Alcohol free, Oil free, Colorants free and talc free.

Skin cleared in 7 days!

Verdict:
I like how my skin feels clean and ultra soft after each wash. After a few days, my skin is less irritated and the redness of the angry bumps is reduced. Within a week, my skin cleared up and has become visibly smoother and healthier looking. Enlarged pores are more defined and there is no more formation of new pimples! Cool!
